I've recently bought a dslr lens and I applied the my polarizer lens. Now I can't remove it.whenever I try to twist it to remove, it just keeps on turning with no sign of twisting out. Please help me. Its not stuck, it just won't twist out. I don't know why bc the lens and filter are both 52mm. I really value this lens and filter as well:*(

Additional Details
The lens is AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8 G and the filter is 52mm Tiffen filter polarizer

Bro i dunno. But lens filters are lame unless you're shooting in the rain or in very bright snow.

Polarizing filters are supposed to turn, that is the way you adjust the filter to gain the maximum polarization of the scene.

You need to hold on the the part of the filter that is closest to the lens to unscrew it.

Grab the whole thing tightly at the rear of the filter beyond the ring you are turning and then twist, it's turning round and round because it's meant to do that as it's a rotating type of polarizing filter you have got. To use it, look through the viewfinder and slowly rotate it and you will see it start to darken the image as you twist.
