Nikon Nikkor 18-55mm lens?

Rachel
I just got the Nikon Nikkor 18-55mm lens with my D3200 camera and when I took it out of the box I noticed two small "bubble" looking marks on the lens. I've tried cleaning it but it seems to be some sort of scratch. Should I return it to the company to have it exchanged or will it even affect my pictures any?

Andrew
Return camera and lens immediately and explain why.

Jim A
Yes, return it.

AWBoater
This is not normal. Return it as soon as you can.

Vinegar Taster
Don't even use the camera. Return it to whom you bought it from.
