No, the lens has no, 'Rabbit ears,' (the distinctive Nikon coupling fork).

You can only find them used, but they're VERY cheap.

Oh, and it's just the Nikon F - it was succeeded by the F2, F3 etc. The F1 and New F1 were made by Canon. 'Photomic,' refers to the TTL metering head, fitted to the basic F body (the viewfinder was interchangeable, a common practise in professional SLRs before the advent of AF).
