Probably not the mounts are most likely different.

No, unfortunately you can't.
Although Nikon does offer a (pricey; US$ 270) FT-1 adapter which lets you use certain Nikon DSLR lenses on a J1 camera, it doesn't support older, so-called non-AI (made before 1977) lenses such as the 135 mm Nikkor Q 3.5 (the first versions of which were made around 1950).

Hard to say.

You would have to get the FT-1 and see. While the FT-1 only lists 71 lenses as being compatible, it also states that it can be used with non-CPU lenses in manual and aperture mode.

I have a Nikon V1 and FT-1 adapter, and I can use 3rd party lenses such as a Tokina 80-400mm which is a CPU lens, but does not have auto focus capability (it's an AF type screw-drive lens). So clearly, the FT-1 can be used for lenses not on the lens compatibility list.

However, the FT-1 is $270 (it was $200 when I bought mine), and you can buy a Nikon 1 30-110mm f/3.8~5.6 lens (CX format) for $250, or even $100 if you buy the J1 in a 2 lens kit. Since this lens is 110mm, it's close enough to 135mm, and unless you have other Nikon F-Mount lenses, I would not bother with the FT-1 adapter. I'd just buy a Nikon 1 CX format lens.

Not directly onto any of the J series. Someone somewhere probably makes an adaptor, but it might be expensive. Remember that there's a considerable multiplication factor because of the smallish sensor in the J series. Thus a 50mm lens on a film-based Nikon F2 effectively becomes something like a 135mm on camera with the sensor size of the J series. Thus a wide-angle for the F2 becomes a portrait lens on the smaller sensor.
