Kodak Easyshare M863 8.2 MP Digital Camera with 3xOptical Zoom?

I have a Kodak Easyshare M863 8.2 MP Digital Camera with 3xOptical Zoom. I'm going on vacation and planning on taking many photos. Should i upgrade, if so can you recommend some cameras under $220 also prefer nikon, thanks

Look for one with a 5x or longer optical zoom.

If your budget is $220 and the camera you really, really want costs $250, spend the extra $30 and get what you want.

If you are satisfied with the pictures you get with your present camera, no need to buy another one. If your constantly annoyed with what you get, throw it away and get a Sony.
