Is the Nikon Super Zoom 8 a good movie film camera?

So I'm thinking of buying a Nikon Super Zoom 8 camera, but I don't really know much about them. Is it recommended for daily home use? What is stock? What kind of stock should I buy? What accessories should I buy with it? Is stock film? How can I convert the movie from film to digital, to upload to a computer? If you don't think it's a good camera please recommend me other super 8 film cameras.

"Stock" is film stock and I don't know if you can even find it these days… I wonder if it's even made any longer. If not any 8mm film camera is a shelf curiosity piece or a paper weight.

If there's anybody developing 8mm film any longer they probably could load it to a disc but trust me it will be very expensive. Daily use, probably not. Way too expensive.

If you're really interested in 8mm film first you'd better do some research on whether or not the film is even made and then if any one is actually processing it and if it can be loaded to a disc. If any one of those, especially the making of it… Well…

If you want to shoot movies, buy a camcorder. 8mm is history. It's more trouble than it's worth.
It was a good camera when it was new, now it's just something to stick on a display shelf.
