I only want to spend between $100-$200?

I'm looking for a camera that takes better quality photos than my basic Canon PowerShot(16 mega pixels). However, I want to spend between $100-$200. Here are some examples of images I would like to achieve with the camera (crisp and clear).

With such a small budget you are not going to find anything that is much better than what you currently have. You need to learn how to take good photos and understand that it is the person behind the camera that matters most, not the camera. Sure you are limited with a point and shoot but with a little bit of photography knowledge you can take decent pics on your current camera.

If you want good/better photos consider learning photography PLUS either buying a decent bridge camera or an entry-level DSLR such as the Canon Rebel or Nikon D5200.

It wouldn't matter if you had a Nikon D4S, if you have no idea what you are doing then no camera will give you these kinds of photos. The photographer knew what they were doing in camera and during the post processing of the RAW file. These are not straight out of the camera taken in AUTO. 100-200 dollars is not a realistic budget if you want a camera that will give you full control (DSLR). 400-600 for a decent used one.

Getting another camera won't change anything. If you can't get decent pictures consistently with what you have now, you won't either with another camera. It's all about you. The camera is only a tool.

The first photo was taken with a Nikon D700, the photo of the couple by a Canon EOS 5D

These are out of your price range. Even for an entry level DSLR your budget is just unrealistic. Sorry.

Your present camera should be capable of taking shots similar to those.
But to be honest, a new camera in the $100/200 price range won't be much better than the one you have now.
You need a DSLR which will cost a minimum of $500/600
