I need to buy a point and shoot camera that can record 1080p videos at 24fps?

Its 28-140mm zoom is not a lot, but enough for most situations. Aperture range from wide angle to telephoto is f1.8 - f2.8. Better quality for the price than you are likely to get with anything else. 1920 x 1080 (24 fps) video.
