I'm looking to buy a nice camera, any suggestions?

My cousin told me Nikon is good… But any specific kind of Nikon? Or if not Nikon, than what are some other suggestions?

Nikon are a good make but I prefer canon, also depending on what camera you want, a bridge camera, d-slr or a small hand held camera, if you want a D-SLR that most photographers use, get something like the canon 600d, I know the 650d is out but the 600d is a fantastic camera for the price.

Also the Nikon D1300 is a good camera, but decide what camera you want and what your price rage is because there are a lot of cameras.

I use the Canon 600D, go on my website and see the photographs i have taken to give you and idea.

Oh dear… Nikon v Canon. We call the fanboys/girls that argue this one, the Canikon brigade.

What kind of camera? Do you want it to fit in your pocket? Do you require exchangeable lens? Does it need to be digital, could you consider film? What sort of photography? Where are you taking it?

These are more important questions to ask than it's brand.

Nikon IS the best. I've been shooting with them for over 45 years.

If you can afford it, the best one for you to use right now, is the Nikon D7000. The image quality is outstanding and it shoots fantastic video as well. If you can't afford it, then any good Nikon DSLR would be the way to go.

Have fun.
