How to take a picture like this one?
I have a Nikon, and was wondering what filters or modes can I use to take such a picture?
This photo is exceptional because of it's lighting. To create on such as this you must study lighting and it is also sharpened in post processing.
No filter or effect (other than playing with contrast and shadows a bit) … It's all about light. This is probably 98% in camera.
You can use strobe lights with soft-boxes to get this effect on the subject. And set the F 9 and speed up to 1/200. Make the light setup to 1:1. You can shoot in the raw mode, so easy manipulate in post process. Some of the below links helps to choose better lights.

There's a strong soft light from above and also another soft light from back right top.
You can go to a professional photography equipment store and they will show you the equipment required - studio flashes and soft boxes.
