How to pass photos from my nikon camera to my computer?

I lost the cable which connects to the camera and the computer to pass photos. I don't have or already lost the thing in which you put the sd card and then connect it to the computer. What is another way to pass my photos and videos to my computer?

Go to the store and buy something and don't lose it this time!

Well if your Nikon camera has a Wi-Fi thing you can send your photos through that but if you don't your gonna have to buy and new cord

You would have to buy a new cord that connected your camera to computer… Or something that you could plug your sd card into the computer with… These are really the only 2 ways

Unless you have bluetooth or Wi-Fi capabilities in your camera, you need to buy a new cable or card reader. The card reader option is a lot better because connecting the camera to a pc is a bit of a hassle, with having to keep it powered up and a physical connection means you have to leave it on or near your desk and increase the risk of knocking it over, which I have done in the past.

A card reader is a quick and simple way to do it.

First u connect your camera to your computer through data cable then select picters that you think to pass in your computer then right click on those pic. And agin right click where you want to transfer that pic. Then click on paste

You can go to any electronics store and buy a card reader. It will plug into your USB port on your computer. Take the memory card out of your camera and put it in the card reader. If you are using windows or mac an auto download program should start up. When the program comes up then you can name the folder and click download. Wait for 5 to 20 minutes (depending on the size of your card) and viola! Photos are off your card and onto your computer.

You might take your camera with you to the electronics store to be sure you get a card reader that is compatible with your memory card. Card readers cost anywhere from $10 to $50.

Use the card reader to get the photos from your camera to your computer but ALWAYS format your card in the camera.
