How to get my flash up in daylight on my nikon d5200?

How do i get my flash up in daylight on my nikon d5200?

Use the little button on the side of the viewfinder near the flash.
You will need to be sure that your shutter speed is not higher than 1/200th second, so to do that, you will want to be in either the manual or shutter priority mode.
Look on page 45 of your user manual

Put it in one of the PASM modes, raise the flash with the button, shoot away.
Turns out that Nikon has both a Reference Manual and a User's Manual for the D5200. The explanation is on page 45 of the Reference Manual.
