How to get back the images if it is showing memory contains empty?

Guys i'm using Nikon ( 16.1 Megapixels Wide 5X Zoom 2.7 LCD Easy Auto Mode) The camera is contains 4 GB San Disk ( SD ) Memory card. Today i clicked some 10 images through my camera when i'm trying to save this images in PC with the help of USB cable it is showing that '' the memory contains no images'' last time i had take some 100 images that it had been saved but why it is not saving now please friends can you tell me what wrong is with this…:'

Your Facing A Corrupted Memory Card. I would Suggest you to Get a new one immediately
However for your existing memory Card, try to run a Image Recovery software freely available On Google so that you can get your older images back. I would not suggest using it in the Camera Again though.
