I want to do them like Jennxpenn that professional look. I have a Nikon camera and a Mac laptop but how do I edit the video? What soft ware? Where can I get back ground music for free?

Her videos are very simple and you could probably get away with just editing using iMovie to start off. She simply does "jump cuts" or "vlog cuts" as they are called now. However, if you want the graphics and such that she uses on her videos (putting comments up on screen with her, etc.), you'll need something a little better.

For Mac, the most popular is Final Cut. There are several options for that software that range in price.
Another option is Adobe Premiere.

Mac is sort of limited on editing software compared to PC. But you can do a quick Google Search for "Mac video editing software". Pick the one that looks most intuitive for you and matches your price range (that is, if you're not just going to pirate Final Cut off the Internet.)

As far as free music, you have several options.
1. Www.incompetech.com
-There are a lot of good FREE songs on here, and they constantly put more out. There are some not so good, but just weed through it and find what you like.

2. YouTube
-Search YouTube and Google for the term (Free Royalty Free Music). A lot of people put up some good free music just for exposure.

3. Jordan Rees.
-Just Google him and contact him. He has a lot of free music out, some really cheap songs, and he can even make custom music at a small price.

4. Google's Creative Library
-Go to YouTube, then video manager. On the left sidebar at the very bottom there's a button that says "Creation Tools". This will take you to a library of music that Google has provided YouTubers for FREE! A lot of good stuff in there.

5. Cheap Music.
-While it may not be "free" a lot of music creators put music out for use on YouTube for as little as a dollar. Just search for "cheap royalty free music"

Bandcamp is a site where a lot of musicians put up royalty free music for cheap. Here is the link:
