How much should I sell my Nikon D7200 (w/18-140 lens) for?

I'm thinking about selling my Nikon D7200 with an 18-140 kit lens included. I paid roughly $1800 for it, during a boxing day sale this year. I bought the camera in early December and I've used it a fair bit since then. I've taken very good care of the camera and it's in excellent condition. I thinking of selling it to help pay for my tuition this semester, so I'll need to be able to get a reasonable, but good price for it.

You can get an idea of what your camera and lens might sell for by visiting KEH.com

They also buy used gear, but you probably can't get more than about 40% of the $1,800 you originally paid for this fine camera.

You may find it easier to sell this camera using your schools bulletin board

KEH is selling the older Nikon D7100 for around $650 and the 18-140 mm lens for around $300.

You will be taking a rather large hit selling your camera gear.

Boxing Day for me is the day after Christmas Day! Thus not early December.

I tend to agree with Fhotoace about likely prices.

You didn't exactly get it for a bargain, I could get the same thing, 18-140 and the D7200 brand new for less than $1300. You can probably sell the body for around $600-$800 and the lens for around $200-$300.
