How much should I charge? (Photography)?

Should I charge per hour or per photo? My camera is Nikon 7100

Your camera seems pretty good, if you where too charge, charge a reasonable amount, it also depends are you printing it? If you are around $10, if you are around $25

Both.
You charge a session fee, usually around $150 to $200 and then sell the prints they want separately.
Since you are not a working photographer (or you would already know the answer), you might be able to sell the prints for about 300% of what it costs you to have the prints made. The starting price a pro will charge for a print is about 900% of the cost of the print from a pro or custom lab like BayPhoto, Nations Photo Lab, Miller's Lab, mpix, White House Custom Color, H&H, etc
