Nikon SLR Cameras

How are people allowed to bring cameras on Kingda Ka to film the ride?

On Youtube I see POV videos of people riding Kingda Ka with cameras (whether it be a cell phone, camcorder, digital camera or Nikon, I don't know)! But they're very strict with what you bring on there (unless you hide it).So do people hide cameras? Or wear "GoPros"?

They use GoPros allowed on rides

Do not bring cameras on their rides. It's a violation of park policy.

Doesn't matter if you hide it or not; smuggling cameras is just stupid and irresponsible.

You have to have permission from the park, and yes you do wear go pros… Like if you look up "roller coaster commoton" (spelling might be off a bit) it will show them wearing go pros… Or TPR on youtube

Most of the channels you see like coaster force, coaster views, tpr, etc get permission from the park before they go. It is usually before or after regular hours. And they also use cameras with straps, or use go pros. But some channels you see do hide the camera and record it which don't recommend because if it drops you wasted your money and it is against park policy. If you want to you can join coaster force but that's besides the point. OH and one more thing some parks allow you to do that but they are few and far between.bye

Well you have to get permission first.
Last year someone was caught on Ka with a camera. He was then escorted out of the park by security. When you get caught it's one year suspension(If your a season ticket holder it gets pulled no refund) from
any Six Flags Parks! But this idiot when back on his bus and changed a shirt/pants thinking he could fool the guards. He got as far as the ticket booth and was busted again. Well now he was charged with "Defiant Trespass" which means he was told not be in the grounds. He was arrested on the spot by Jackson's Police Dept. Take down to the station house and booked. That can carry a fine of up to $1000 plus court costs.
Oh yeah Mr. Smart Azz now is baned for life from any Six Flags!
The guards love to toss stupid people for sneaking cameras.*They take your picture when they toss you*
It happens about 5x a month at peak.
Some are stupid and try to get back in. They love that. So does Jackson(I live in town) they make money. That happens at least 1x a month.
