Will this lense fit the nikon d3200?

It will fit, but it won't autofocus - you need an AF-S LENS for that.

As a general rule, entry level Nikon cameras use AF-S Nikkor lenses.

The lens will fit, and it will give you automatic exposure and metering however you don't get autofocus.

You need either AF-S or AF-I is you want autofocus.
