Which of these two cameras are best?

Nikon d3100
Canon 1100d
I'm just starting photography and I've been looking for a new camera. I've had a look at these two and was wondering which is best?
I was interested in taking photos of fast moving objects (sports) and I realise that these arent perfect for that because of the low frames per seconds. However its the best I could find for a low price. But I'll also be taking pictures of scenerys. So which of these cameras are the best for me?
Feel free to suggest some other cameras, preferably with a higher frames per second rate, but bearing in mind I'm only looking for an entry level dslr as I can't afford to go too high. I can stretch to about £400ish

Here is how their sensors perform

As you can see, saving your pennies a little longer will allow you to buy the D3200 which as you see has much better sensor performance

Snapsort.com is a great side by side comparison site. You can type both models in, and decide which excels in the areas that are important to you.
