What country are you in? Selecting an overseas supplier may look attractive but when you factor in mail costs, import taxes, loss of local warranty services etc your "bargain" soon disappears.

First things first what ever you do don't buy lenses from abroad they have a strange name for foreign lenses but no one buys them even official Nikon lenses it means also that you won't get a warranty when you buy them and on a purchase of about £600 not having a warranty is not the best idea.

WARNING don't buy from SLR hut they bring camera's in from Hong Kong stick with English companies like MPB photographic like here: http://www.mpbphotographic.co.uk/used-equipment/used-digital-slr-cameras/used-nikon-digital-slr-cameras/?keyword=&curr_min_price=&curr_max_price=&min_price=0&max_price=2500&out_of_stock=&view_all=&filter=price+ASC

also in about a month you will want to buy another lens as the kit lens is hopeless. So buy a good lense to start with like the 35mm f1.8 this is usually a street photography lense and is fixed so you can't zoom but has better quality. Also you can buy a 18-135mm which is a amazing zoom range and is the best if you just want to pick up and shoot. I would recommend buying the 55-300mm lense also.

when buying a lens for the d3200 make sure that is is a AF-S version any other one won't auto focus and will mean you have to use manual focus on the lenses and most people's photo's are out of focus if you use manual focus.

also make sure you know the shutter count like mpb tells you but usually most camera's are only good for 200,000 actuations (pictures) and people don't want to buy high shutter count camera's when you sell it on.

another tip is have a look at canon they have some good camera's like the eos m or 600d about the same price but when you pick a brand you need to stick with it because it is so expensive to change your kit.

i hope this helps and any more questions let me know

I usually find that Amazon have very competitive prices. Plus they have excellent customer service.

If you're in the US, Amazon, B&H Photo (bhphotovideo.com) and Adorama (adorama.com) are typically good. If you see a new camera somewhere for considerably less than those sellers something is probably wrong.

You may also want to consider used. Both B&H and Adorama above sell used cameras, as does KEH (keh.com).
