What software is bundled with the Nikon D4?

If I were to purchase a Nikon D4, what software for PC or Mac would I find on a disc included (if any)?

All Nikon software is supported by Windows and Mac operating systems

As you probably know, you need a computer with an Intel i5 or better i7 CPU and 8 GB of RAM

ViewNX, and probably an old version which throws a lot of old junk on your computer. If you're going to use ViewNX, download the latest version from Nikon's web site which has cleaned up the old junk. It's still slow and of limited use for doing batch conversions.

If you want to convert NEF to DNG, download Adobe DNG Converter. It's free.

Cameras, from the most expensive $10, 000 to least expensive $100 camera typically just come with a photo viewer that you can also download on-line. In Nikon's case, it will be ViewNX.

However, anyone buying a D4 is already going to have Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. And will probably just toss the CD out.
