What is the difference between a Nikon D3100 and the D5100?

The d3100 has a slower shutter speed, but better in zoom and megapixels. It is also slightly lighter than the d5100? The table near the bottom of this link really has some great info.

They are both entry level cameras. The D5100 has some additional features - some questionable - like the articulated screen and two-photo HDR (which is all but worthless).
