What is needed to attach a Nikon D2x to a 2 telescope focuser?

What components do I need to attach this camera to a Skywatcher 6" f/8 dobsonian, for prime focus astrophotography? Will I have focus problems?

If it is a dSLR camera, you will need a T-adapter with compatible threads. If the camera is a point-and-shoot compact you may need a universal camera adapter. These will add weight.
These guys seem to carry all variants of adapters except maybe the universal ones:

As the Nikon camera body adds about 46.5mm flange to focal plane distance, you may not be able to get to focus unless you have a low profile focuser and move the main mirror up the telescope tube.
