Cheapest place in Taiwan to buy a Nikon D3100 camera?

Please help!

Cheapest place in person would be Hankou Street up in Taipei (map and guide here - http://ozsoapbox.com/taiwan/shopping/the-best-place-to-buy-a-digital-camera-in-taiwan ). There's a TON of camera stores all mashed up together in the one place which makes it easy to shop around get a good price.

You might be able to get by in English seeing as you know the model you want, but it wouldn't hurt to bring a Chinese speaking person along with you if you can't speak the language.
