Nikon Sports Photography

I'm currently using a Nikon D60 for basic outdoor sports photography i've had it forever but it gets the job done well enough, my question is will a Nikon D3200 (the camera I'm looking to purchase) produce significantly higher quality pictures or will it be about the same? Is it worth the upgrade in that aspect?

You will get more resolution and better ISO performance, but the camera you have will do what you want. I suggest you use the upgrade money to get yourself some better glass, such as the AF-S NIKKOR
70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II.
