If you mean RAW as in raw sensor data, no. You can only do that in still shots. Video is not the same, it must be processed into a standard video format to be usable, and the camera does that as you record.
As mentioned, the D7000 shoots still images in RAW, but the closest thing to "RAW" video would be uncompressed video.
Only two cameras at this time can shoot in uncompressed video are the Nikon D800 and D4.
I'm sure that in the future, other brand cameras should start shooting in uncompressed video, but not yet
