Nikon d3200 color selector stuck?

I had a photo and I accidently put a color selector which chose just black and white and I saved it, how do I undo this because I want it back to its original colors?

If you did a post color modification, your original image should still be there. Look up "Retouch Menu" in the index of your manual.
