So i'm really interested about photography. I already have digital cameras and i want to buy a professional. I was checking youtube and i guess the Nikon d3100 is really good since it's not that expensive but really good.

it's not perfect but i want something that is good for me as an amateur and is not very expensive (1500 $ or less). And is nikon d3100's noise problem unbearable? Like how to reduce noise in photos?

In reality, all Nikon DSLRs are fine, if you keep the ISO from 100-400. The same as any other manufacturer, if you pump the ISO up to 1600 and beyond, the picture will look either grainy, or mushy because of in-camera noise reduction.
You may want to read Ken Rockwell's review of the D3100 and scroll to the bottom under "Technical Image Quality":

Keep your ISO low and you won't have any noise. Simple really

"Nikon d3100 for first time camera?" Yes. But consider also the d5100 if you have the money.

"does it have a noise problem?" No, it's noise level is comparable to other cameras in its price range. Just as in its rivals, noise level is low up to ISO 400 or maybe 800, and then becomes noticeable at ISO 1600 and above.

Do you even know what noise they're talking about?
