OK somehow recently I reset some settings by accident, now I can't set image quality, image size, white balance, ISO sensitivity, active D lighting ect. "It just says not available with current settings."
I have heard I need to set it to M, P, S or A, and I tried but it doesn't seem to help. Can someone please tell me what's wrong and give me a step my step?

You are likely in auto mode. PSAM modes should work. If they don't - something may be wrong with your camera. But I bet the PSAM modes will work.

Auto mode basically "locks down" your camera, preventing you from changing anything important. However, you should be able to change image size and quality in any mode.

Consult your manual for step-by-step instructions.

First, take a deep breath. Exhale slowly and calm down. Now go get the Owner's Manual for your camera. Look for the section on "Troubleshooting".It should explain how to set your camera back to the factory settings. Once your camera is functioning again, take time to read & study the Manual.
