Hi as most Nikon DLSR cameras have the K mount that is the whole point go the 'k mount so lenses are inter changeable.Having own a D80 with several lenses a 20-55 mm zoom a 35 mm lens and a 75mm -300 mm lens all interchangeable on my three camera D40 and D3200.

There's a page in your manual, but the short version;

Nikon AF-S (or G) lenses fit your camera, and allow full metering with autofocus - a good supplement to the 18-55mm kit lens would be the 55-200mm f4-5.6 AF-S, but there are others.

Nikon AF lenses fit your camera, and allow metering, but not autofocus - your camera has no body motor, so must rely on motorised lenses.

The old manual focus AI and AIS lenses will fit your camera, but won't allow metering or autofocus.

All of the above are variations on the Nikon F-mount - the K-mount is used by Pentax.

Yes of course as long as it comes with a Nikon mount. If you want to use AF, make sure the lens also has it's own built-in focus motor. With Nikon, those are marked with AF-S, AF-I and AF-P. Otherwise, you'll have to focus manually.

Yes, but there are two Nikon 70-300mm lenses. One will autofocus on your D3200, the other won't, although it will mount, manual focus, and both the aperture and shutter speed can be controlled from the camera. The cheaper AF lens will not autofocus and does not have vibration reduction (VR). The more expensive AF-S lens will autofocus and does have VR.

Now that I look, there are two more 70-300mm lenses. They are both AF-P lenses and they are NOT compatible with your D3200.

Yes. Just be sure that the 70-300 has a focusing motor. Since the D3200 doesn't have a built-in focusing motor (only nikon does this) you have to buy lenses with the motor otherwise you won't have AF.
