My sound does not work when i play video on nikon d3100?

I do have my sound all the way up and it says my sound is on. BUt when i play it back both on the camera and the computer it does not have sound.

Lmao I bet they're both muted. But yeah, maybe your microphone is either, broke, has something covering it (perhaps your hand), or something else when filming?
