Low light pictures always become fuzzy/blurry?

I'm kind of a noob at photography but i really like the low light dark sinister pictures. But everytime i take a photo it becomes blurry or bleached out. Even if i hold perfectly still. I always have to use the flash but then the dark feeling is gone. Before i take the photo i look in the viewfinder or on the screen and it looks amazing but CLICK and its **** xD I tried the different "easy" settings and didn't customize anything myself.
I use a Nikon D3200 with a 18-55mm objective.

You might think you are holding the camera still, but your photos are evidence that you are not. You need to use a tripod.
