Is this a legitimate website?

I'm looking to buy a digital SLR camera online & although they are normally $400-$500 on most other websites, i found one that was selling them for $225. The site says it comes with the body & the lens. If i bought this would it come in the mail or will i get ripped off?

The website opened August 8, 2012. 9 weeks ago. In China. Do not give them your credit card.
