How to tether a Nikon D7000 to my Mac computer?

Okay, I'm curious to know to I can tether my camera (D7000, if the model matters) to my computer. It is a Macbook Pro, so it doesn't have windows running (yet again, I'm not sure if this matters).

Basically I would like to be able to view the images as I shoot them, as the LCD screen on the camera is a little small for my liking.

Some of the discussion boards point to this as being good: http://www.sofortbildapp.com/
I don't use a Mac so I haven't tried it myself.

The Nikon D7000 is one of the models supported by Adobe Lightroom's tethered shooting - this should work ok on a Mac (you need a long mini-USB to USB cable to physically connect the camera to the computer).

Alternatively, look at the Eye-Fi SD card - a wireless solution (only any good though if you are in a Wi-Fi hotspot). It will send images from the card to any computer wirelessly (speed of transmission though depends on how good the signal is where you are).

You can also use Nikon's Camera Control Pro 2 and even control your camera real-time.CC Pro 2 works on both Mac and Windows.
