HOW TO RESTORE NIKON D3100 FACTORY SETTINGS?

I have a nikon d3100 I want to restore the default settings but I couldn't + they told my to press two green button but I didn't found them in my camera I need help please

The buttons are not green.

The reset buttons are marked with a green dot beside them and they are on the top of your camera.

You can also reset the shooting options by going into the Shooting Options menu and selecting "Reset shooting options."

Set everything to Auto or Zero?

I have same problem… Any solutions please

From the Nikon site: Resetting the D3100, D3200, D3300 and D3400 The D3400, D3300, D3200 and D3100 do not have a 2 button reset option. To perform a reset you need to manually choose the reset option in the Shooting Menu and the Setup menu. To do this press 'Menu', select the Shooting Menu and scroll through the options until 'Reset Shooting Options' is highlighted, press ok, highlight 'Yes' and press ok again. Repeat this for the Setup menu.

I have the same problem, I've tried doing it from the Setup menú, but nothing happened… What can I do?

Need to know Hard reset option, The Software is not working, therefore cant go to Shooting Menu.
