How to change my images on my nikon DX from raw to jpeg?

I need to upload these pictures on my schools computers but they aren't showing up in my files since the pictures are RAW. I need to chnage them back to jpeg. Please help!

Added (1). The camera is a nikon DX D3100!

Convert them with the Nikon ViewNX 2 software. Best to download a new copy from the interweb as an update has just been released. It is free for both Mac and PC and can be downloaded from https://nikoneurope-en.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/54310
