Flash or Tripod first?

I'm a Beginner in photography I have a Nikon D3200 w/18-55mm kit lens
I'm thinking of getting some extra accessories for my camera to help my photography
I mostly take pictures of flowers, portraits and some few landscapes.
what Should I get a
(FLASH) Yongnuo YN560 Speedlite or (TRIPOD) Vanguard Tripod MAK 203?

For your stated uses, the tripod would be of more use for now.

For landscapes a tripod is often necessary. A flash will not help as they are only effective for a short distance.

Also if the tripod has a calibrated azmiuth, it can be used to create high quality landscape panoramas (however you will have to stitch them together with a software such as Photoshop Elements).

Unfortunately though, it does not appear the tripod you are considering has a calibrated azmiuth, but you might be able to fake it.

An external flash can be very useful indoors. I think that a tripod can have more usefulness for what you want. If you have enough saved for that cheap Yongnuo flash, then you are about two thirds of the way towards getting an adequately good tripod instead of that cheapo you are looking at.
