When I shoot pictures and video, is there a way of programming all the pictures that i took into the slot one and the video into the slot two?

Why do you think a D700 has dual memory slots and why do you think they have a video feature?

It has a UDMA compatible single CF card slot

Look on page 41 of the user manual

Now if you really have a d7100, then it does have two SD slots and you can learn how to use them on page 30 you will see that there are two ways to use the slots.

* use the second card to simultaneously record to both cards, the second being a backup or
* the second one is written to once the first is filled.

The Nikon full frame D seven hundred only has a single memory card slot and it does not shoot HD video or video of any kind, it was released in 2008.

Did you mean the D7000? I don't own the D7000 but I know that it can write RAW and jpeg to two different cards. If it can send video to a specific card, you will find it in the manual.
