DSLR in Carrow Road stadium?

Hi, please help me i'm going to watch the england u21"S play football on friday at carrow road, i have recently got my nikon d3100 and sigma 70-300mm and want to take it into carrow road stadium. I'm also going to Villa vs Norwich at villa park, am i aloud my camera there?

You'd need to contact the organisers…
probably not, because of the potential for using it as a weapon…
i know when i went to a rugby match, i was advised that a large DSLR might be a problem and asked to use a smaller point and shoot…

Go to the Norwich City and Aston Villa websites, send them an e-mail and ask, for the under 21's they probably won't worry too much, but any Premier League match is covered by the League's rules and reg's regarding images of matches, I know they don't allow a DSLR, but ask anyway, you never know they might just grant you a temporary press pass especially if you plead your case a little, got to be worth a try.
