Does Nikon d7000 has better picture quality than the D7100?

Does Nikon d7000 has better picture quality than the D7100? Nikon D7000 has 80% great image quality. So what is your guess for the D7100?

We can't compare yet it is true that the d7100 has a newer and maybe better sensor so obviously it might be better but since the camera is not out yet we can't say anything.

Nikon D7100 have newly developed 24 Mp CMOS sensor,
+ No optical low pass filter
+ better Expeed 3 image processor

I'm 100% sure that D7100 will have better color depth, dynamic range and High ISO performance.
