Digital Camera Suggestions? - 1

I would really like the Nikon d3100, but unfortunately that is too big/expensive. Does anyone know of a digital camera that is similar to the d3100, or just have any recommendations in general?
Added (1). I currently have the pentax optio a10 which i STRONGLY dislike

You want a 14.2 MP dSLR for Instagram? Ugh. Use your cameraphone.
