It makes no sense to be considering a 600D and D3200 instead of 700D and D3300.

Use this tool to see how each body performs at various ISO levels. Can really use it for sharpness because that's the job of the lens and each camera was used with different lenses.

http://www.imaging-resource.com has great reviews as well. In addition to what dpreview does, IR reviews the performance of the camera in great detail which looking over a spec sheet won't tell you.
