Can Nikon D3100 use Cullmann DC32 flash?

I got a Cullmann DC32 flash, can I use it in Nikon D3100? If I try it, will it damage my camera? Anyone know the company contacts of Cullmann GMBH?

This appears to be an obsolete flash for Canon cameras

I wouldn't mount it on my Nikon.
