Can I get a low profile DSLR shoulder bag recommendation?

I'm looking for a bag to hold my Nikon D3200 with lens, and two to three additional lenses, a flash, my iPad, and someplace to store a small tripod. I like the Naneu bags but they don't have a place to store a tripod. The biggest thing is that I don't want a bag that screams, "Camera Bag!", like a lowepro or caselogic bag would. Does anyone out there have a recommendation? And can we keep it under $150?

Thinktank has a few.urban disguise and retrospective are good for this. The quality are so great that it can be considered industry standard.otherwise, crumpler is a good brand as well.

This is my bag, plenty of room for my 2 dslr cameras, lenses, batteries and other goodies. Does this scream camera bag?

Think Tank makes the best bags. I own several of them. Their Retrospective, Urban Disguise, Speed, or City Walker series would work well.

Of course, if you want the ultimate in incognito, you could go with Jill-e Designs (designer camera bags for women) or their associated Jack designs (for men).
