Camera memory card is stuck?

I removed the memory card (to check on something) and when I put it back in, it didn't fit that much. I tried the other way but it was worse. So i went back to the other way and just pushed a little harder but now the memory card is stuck. What can I do to get it out? It's nikon d3200

Press in and release and it springs out.

Take your camera and card to either your local camera shop and have them check it for you, or to a local repair shop and have the determine the problem.
