Buying MacBook Pro with Final Cut Pro x already inside?

I don't like inserting my credit card info online in any way, so I was wondering if I could purchase my MacBook Pro 13" with Final Cut Pro already installed at the Apple store? And is it 8gb enough enough for video editing? I have a Nikon d3100 1080p videos… And just surf the internet. Nothing else.

Maybe just don't buy a mac and buy a pc.
