Best setting for my Nikon D3000 for swimming pictures?

I have a Nikon D3000 and two lenses. I have 6 lenses on order right now, but they won't be here when I need them.
The lense I'll be using is the 18mm-55mm an I need to know what setting to use to take decent pictures of my boyfriend's swim meet.

There's no way anyone else can answer that because we can't see the lighting conditions. You'll have to figure it out when you get there.

Auto mode, Auto ISO, Autofocus on, Auto white balance, Auto flash and EV at 0.
