Best budget film camera (under £1000)?

I'm looking for a budget camera for filming. Can anyone help?
I would like 1080HD at 30fps with image stabilization, good focus options and lighting adjustment.

I have looked at the "Nikon D3200" and it seems impressive.
The "Go Pro HD Black" seems high quality but it has very poor lighting and battery performance.

Are there any budget camera's out there that anyone can recommend?

Sony's SLTs give better video (not film, the two are entirely different) performance than any DSLR, but you should really be looking at video cameras - no stills camera will be as good as a dedicated video camera.

The Nikon D3200 is an impressive entry level DSLR. Be sure to check out the "movie mode" portion of the review.

Go Pros are for the athletically inclined photographer. Strap it on to your helmet and see what you get.

But, this is a camera that is a still photo first, and video second. If you are only interested in video, check out the camcorders.
