Ok basically I took 300 photos on a camera I took the ad card and put it in a different camera that the computer can detect I always do this. Before I put it in the other camera when I had it in the original camera a Nikon d60 it said this sd card contains no images when I took pictures on the camera and viewed it. When I opened the files on the ad card the images said no preview available and when I opened it in a various amount of programs such as iranview they still would not open. I downloaded recovery programs for the jpeg files and they recovered finally on one program called stellar image recovery when I recovered it the photos contained no headers the colors were changed. The photos were different colors instead if the original colors and some of the photos had grey sections where the majority of the picture was covered by a gray color. What I was thinking was I could save those jpeg files got from the recovery proram and then download a jpeg repair program and it would fix them. I don't really know what's wrong with the Jpeg files maybe there corrupted but keep in mind I'm 13 so I'm not the best with these type of things please answer

You corrupted your card by putting it in two different devices. Buy a cheap card reader for your computer.

Basic explanation is that the second camera you've put the card in has not recognized the files on the card as valid and has (in it's mind) prepared the card for use. In the process of doing this it's destroyed the file headers and written over parts of the existing files.

This is not a problem unique to your camera, it's just something that you can't do and expect it to work. I can give you a more detailed (techie) explanation if you really want, but it's not going to fix the issue.

The photo's you taken are toast, there's no fixing them! In the future you options are to connect the camera you are taking the photos with to the computer, or to use a card reader! You also need to read the instructions regards safely removing your camera/card reader from the computer, as removing while the card is being read/written can corrupt/destroy the memory card!

Memory card mortal sin #10. You used one card in different devices. Different devices do different things to memory cards. It is highly advisable to use a memory card only on one device (excluding the computer).

Memory card mortal sin #6. You did not transfer the pictures to your computer after shooting. The memory card is not a permanent storage device. I guess you've learned that already.

Here are the other rules.

You have done what is to be done. There's nothing more to do except Rule #11.
