On my nikon d50 after i take a picture and view it shows all information on it?

I don't want this. Also can i get it to show the picture after taking. I changed settings and still won't show after taking

In the Menu, turn Image Review on. If it does not work, try a new SD card. Format before shooting.

To hide photo information, press the Up button in the multi-selector during Playback.

With the camera showing the image in Playback, the four way controller can scroll up or down to show more or less information.
